The value for money at the hotel was great, with clean and tidy rooms and a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast could have been improved with more options and variety.

The hotel was in the centre of the Old Town. It was possible to walk there from the bus station, even though it was uphill and you would need to cut through the old town. The receptionist who booked me in spoke English, however, the one the next day spoke German but we could still communicate. My room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. Great coffee and pastry place next door.

The hotel staff were excellent! All the women we dealt with at the front desk were super accommodating and helped us in any way we needed (such as taxis, car rental, opening up our wine!). A big thank you to them! The location was very central and on a relatively quiet pedestrian street.
Very poor with hot water. We had to let it run for 10 minutes before we got any. The shower was difficult to operate - the nozzle wouldn't stay properly placed in its slot.

Good breakfast, clean, good staff
Request a room not facing street, drinkers get quiet loud in the middle of the night.

Located in city centre, friendly staff, possibility of parking, quick elevator
Atmosphere in hotel has charme of 70s or even earlier. Needs to be renovated. Very empty, in this huge complex we were the only guests. Long way to walk from parking to room.

I recently stayed at Europa for a weekend getaway. The hotel's downtown location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. The staff, from the front desk to the cleaners and waiters, were all exceptionally friendly and polite. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I felt safe parking my car in their parking lot. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Would recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Europa in Jelenia Gora was clean and good value for money. The staff was kind and the rooms were simple but clean. We appreciated the towels and cleaning products in the shower. The breakfast was also good. we had a positive experience at this hotel.
We would have liked to have a bar at the hotel. Additionally, we were not informed about the paid parking, which felt unprofessional.

The location couldn't have been better, as it was right in the heart of the town. The festive atmosphere during Christmas was amazing. The room was modern, clean, and cozy equipped with a television and free Wi-Fi. the staff was welcoming and provided a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
The bathroom was quite small and the walls were thin, so we could hear noise from outside and the hallway.

The hotel we stayed at during Christmas had a great breakfast spread and the staff were really friendly. The location was perfect and allowed us to easily explore the city on foot. the room was spacious and nicely decorated - definitely gave us some holiday cheer!
The parking caught us by surprise as it wasn't clear that it was an added expense. This made our budget for the trip a little tight.

The hotel is in a prime location, right in the heart of the city center, making it convenient for exploring. it is within walking distance to both the bus and train stations, which was perfect for my business trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of work.
One drawback was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the warmer days. Another downside was the absence of a bar within the hotel, which would have been nice for socializing or relaxing after a busy day.
